Sandra Lou Thompson, 82, of Malad City, Idaho passed away Thursday January 15, 2026 at a local care center. Sandra was born January 17, 1943 in Fort Atkinson Wisconsin the daughter of Norman Emanuel Hanson and Hazel Mae Robb Hanson. Sandra spent most of her life in Wisconsin and had only recently moved to Malad to be closer to her daughter.  She is survived by her three children, Tonia Roedl, Joseph Thompson Jr. and Craig Thompson. 

A celebration of life will be held in Wisconsin at a later date. No local services will be conducted.
