D. Norman Wilson

May 17, 1969 - September 24, 2026

On the morning of September 24, Norm unexpectedly passed away due to chronic health issues in Brigham City. He was a son, Brother, Father, and Grandfather, and he was 57. Norm was born on May 17, 1969, in Ogden, Utah, the son of Donald Gene Wilson and Trudy Smith.

Norm graduated from Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum and has always had an interest in nice cars and was able to build connections with the elderly.

In December of 1991, Norm married Linda Brooks in the Ogden City Temple and welcomed three children. Later, Norm and Linda divorced.

Norm had a savvy business sense and worked for Chevron as a manager for several years before injuring his back and having to leave full-time work. He would later work for Pepperidge Farms in Richmond.

Norm took pride in his home and was an avid home decorator. He knew how to mix colors and textures to make a room look appealing. His walls were full of pictures of his family. His children's pictures painted his walls.

Norm is survived by his children, Chandlier R. Wilson of Tremonton, Utah; Ashton C. Wilson of Garland, Utah; Kelly C. McFarland (sister) and her 2 children in Tremonton, Utah. Several Aunts and Uncles. Norm has 2 grandchildren, Sawyer and Decklynn. He sure loved them and collected Papa dollars for them. They loved McDonald's and chicken nuggets.

Those who have gone before Norm include Dalton D. Wilson (son), Trudy S. Ricks (mother), Donald Gene Wilson (father), and Grandma Moselle, to name a few. Norm knows that life is eternal and has been reunited with loved ones to begin or continue his progression and purpose.

A Reserved Visitation will be held on September 29, 2026, in Preston, Idaho. A graveside service will be announced later.
